Established in 1998 by Steven Love, Accelerate Driving Tuition has been helping learner drivers across Glasgow, Paisley and the surrounding areas gain the skills and confidence needed to become safe, responsible drivers.
After qualifying as a driving instructor in 1996, Steven spent two years working with an established driving school, building valuable experience before launching Accelerate Driving Tuition. Over the years, he has continued to develop his knowledge of the industry, including instructor training, while growing the business into a trusted local driving school with an excellent reputation for professional tuition and strong pass rates.
At Accelerate Driving Tuition, we believe that learning to drive should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Our aim is to provide high quality driving lessons at competitive prices, offering excellent value without compromising on the standard of tuition you receive.
By keeping our business efficient and our overheads low, we’re able to offer affordable driving lessons while maintaining the high standards our learners expect.
All of our instructors are fully DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and provide patient, friendly and professional one-to-one tuition. We have both male and female instructors available, all teaching in modern dual-controlled vehicles to help you feel safe and confident throughout every lesson.
We understand that every learner is different, so we tailor our lessons to suit your individual needs, experience and confidence. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a nervous learner or returning to driving after a break, we’ll support you every step of the way.
Flexible Driving LessonsWe know life can be busy, so we aim to make learning as convenient as possible. Wherever practical, we can arrange collection from your home, workplace, college, school or another suitable location within our coverage area.
Every driving lesson is delivered on a genuine one-to-one basis, giving you your instructor’s full attention throughout the lesson. Time is also taken to explain techniques, review your progress and help you understand how to improve, ensuring you gain the knowledge and confidence needed not only to pass your driving test but to drive safely for years to come.
Since the day Accelerate Driving Tuition was established, our philosophy has remained the same, to provide reliable, honest and professional driving tuition that helps every learner reach their full potential.
Our goal isn’t simply to help you pass your driving test, it’s to give you the skills, awareness and confidence to become a safe driver for life.
If you’d like to find out more about our driving lessons or discuss your requirements, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Having passed my test first time with accelerate driving tuition, I would have No problems recommending them to anyone wishing to take lessons. All my lesson went well and I was put at ease from the moment I got into the car....
I can only thank Accelerate, for getting me my wife and my son through the driving test. As soon as my daughter is seventeen I will be phoning to book her in for lessons....
I had been with other driving schools and felt I wasn’t progressing as I had should. I gave up lessons for while having failed three tests, but my mum had bought me some lessons. I went on to pass my next test with one Minor fault. I can only say thanks....
